81,000 fans were on hand to witness the late season clash between conference leaders.
Dark elf fans, upon arrival at the Chaos Dwarf Stadium, were shocked to find that for "safety
reasons" no one over 5 foot tall (not counting hats) was to be allowed into the underground
stadium. Therefore, the crowd consisted entirely of bloodthirsty Chaos Dwarfs and their
Rock Throwing hobgoblin thrawls. Not to be deterred, AD put up a spirited defense and
stopped the Despised Ones initial drive cold. The Darkelves stopped themselves at the end
of the half as the newly hired rookie Witchelf, with her uniform still smoking from a lightning
bolt, failed to pickup an open ball in the Red Zone.
The second half started poorly as the crowd "got the Ref", promising rough going for any
Darkelf unfortunate enough to find himself on his back. Because of this, the Drow hung
back for several turns sniping at exposed hobgoblins. Finally, they made a end around
sweep. Poor ball handling and blocking slowed the drive, but not fatally. Eventually
Belladona got the ball to the new Witch-elf Who .. Could .. Go .. All .. The .. Way.
Unfortunately while looking back at her pursuers, she stumbled into a maintenance pit,
ending the scoring opportunity.
The C Dwarfs won the toss in OT, and not without some difficulty, were able to score. (by
that time there were only 2 Darkelves on the pitch)

Commentary from da Coach:I could tell what type of game it was going to be when I
rolled a 1 on cards and he got a 6. My fans being banned led to two thrown rocks and a get
the ref. Still we fought tooth and nail, I even out casualtied the Chaos Dwarves, though all six
of my casulties were BH, while the 4 I took were 3 SI and a Deeeathhh. It worked out though
I suppose, as he still had a spare Apothecary at the end of the game :).I had my chances, but
kept rolling ones.
