(Wasteland Gazette - CPI):
70,000 fans gathered to watch the latest debacle. Cowardice abounded as three Knight
players opted not to suit up for the game, one (supposably) serving time in one of the Hell
Ships, one feeling a bit under the weather with the Flu, and another one's 'trick' back was
acting up. If this sort of malingering continues, heads will roll, then be eaten. In any event,
only suiting up 8 guys proved to be decisive as the Knights dropped their 3rd straight.
Chaos was favored enough to get the ball to start the game. They were totally unable to do
anything with it as they were soon swarmed over by masses of human troops. The fact that
the Human scum weren't able to score in the half was seen by some as a victory in itself.
Not so in the second, as the Knights were outnumbered 2-1, they were not able to contain
the humans or even damage them, as the agile human catcher scooted in for an easy
score.Still outnumbered 2-1, though actually paring the enemy numbers down below the
Sacred Eleven, the goats were still incapable of managing much of a drive. The game
ended somewhat symbolically with the Minotaur doing the old Double Skull.
There was some good news, a little dark cloud spoiling a clear day as it were. Creative
bookkeeping got the Knights an unprecedented 90K gold crowns which has them deep in
contract negotiations, possibly enticing Lord Borak out of retirement. One single player has
caught the eye of the Dark Lord, Beastmen Nyyyett, is already a 2-time MVP was recently
blessed with extra Strength.

None
Injury Report:
No lasting injuries
Commentary from da Coach: Numbers! Numbers! Numbers! Niggling niggled, opponent
played Flu Bug. Rolled a one for card nullifying handicap. Roy saved all his high rolls for
injuries (5 injuries as opposed to 2 Ko's whats up with that?) , though he rolled ones on just
about everthing else he did. (his Ogre stood around nearly half the game!)
