A surprise turn of events see the normally sloppy Chalupacabras savagely shut down the normally
spritely Old World Elves in a three to nothing upset.  Even with the crowds support The
Pennsylvania-Dutch Pencil Pushers could not muster either an offense or defense.  The Lizards kicked
off in the first half and promptly stole the ball.  #14 Crocktooth, who, with tremendous support
from his team ate most of the first half to get a score.  Great efforts by Treefrog, Sssatanssheart,
and Sokitoomi kept Teuren, Harkon or any one of the skillful elves from being an impediment.  The
beginning of the second half saw an initial shock of casualties for the Pencil Pushers that dampened
any effort they could have made to stop the Lizards drive.  When the Chalupacabras kicked off after
the second score, the Elves never even had a chance to pick up the ball.
On a side note members of the Chalupacabra coaching staff were over heard hissing about "Treemen are
on 'draught'", which may be a reference for their next game.
